This represents a significant victory for Bragg, who are aiming to make a big impact in the United States market. They are relying on Spin Games’ established connections with prominent American iGaming corporations and the seasoned executive team, led by founder and CEO Kent Young. Through this purchase, Bragg Gaming anticipates accessing a market projected to be valued at over $18 billion by the close of 2022.
Yaniv Spielberg, Bragg Gaming’s Chief Strategy Officer, expressed his enthusiasm: “We are very optimistic about the expansion possibilities in the US with the addition of Spin Games.
