The well-known gaming enterprise, 888 Holdings, is restructuring its board committees. Effective immediately, a series of adjustments are being enacted. These follow the exits of Andria Vidler and Yariv Dafna, communicated previously. Dafna’s successor as CFO, Sean Wilkins, assumed his position in February. Vidler has moved on to the role of CEO at Allwyn UK.
Furthering the reorganization, Lord Jon Mendelsohn is slated to resume his duties as Non-Executive Chairman on October 16th. He will also be integrated into the Nomination Committee.
The organization also disclosed the makeup of its principal committees:
* **Audit Committee:** Mark Summerfield (Head), Limor Ganot, and Andrea Gisle Joosen.
* **Compensation Committee:** Andrea Gisle Joosen (Head), Anne de Kerckhove, and Limor Ganot.
* **ESG Committee:** Anne de Kerckhove (Head), Mark Summerfield, and Ori Shaked.
* **Nomination Committee:** Anne de Kerckhove (Head), Ori Shaked, and Limor Ganot.
At last, the group overseeing gaming regulations will consist of Michael Alonso, a Nevada-based attorney, as the chairperson, alongside Mark Summerfield, an independent non-executive board member, and Ori Shaked, also serving as a non-executive director. It’s noteworthy that although Alonso will be at the helm of the committee, he will not hold a position on Reevo’s board of directors. This declaration follows closely after Reevo’s latest collaboration with 888, which will involve incorporating their internet-based casino and poker offerings into 888’s system.
