Casumo Unveils Bold Brand Transformation and Leadership Restructure

Casumo has revealed a significant brand refresh, introducing a new brand identity and restructuring its executive team with a surge of seasoned professionals.

This calculated maneuver is part of a broader strategy to maintain a competitive edge in the dynamic online gaming landscape. The company is ushering in a daring new era with a revitalized aesthetic and a C-suite brimming with industry veterans. Remarkably, nearly half of the new executive team comprises women, promoting diversity at the highest echelons. This includes Sandhya Singh as Chief Customer Experience Officer, contributing her expertise from industry titans like Meta, Amazon, and Whip.

Joining Singh are both new additions and familiar figures, forming a vibrant blend of experience and fresh viewpoints. Francesco Postiglione remains at the helm as CEO, while other crucial appointments include Tim De Borle as COO, Janice Duncan as Group CFO, Kerry Swainson as Chief Compliance Officer, Cristina Turbatu as CTO, Nikola Jellačić as CMO, Tony O’Mahony as CPO, and Martin Schillig as CHRO.

Tim De Borle, COO of Casumo, alluded to the magnitude of the shift, stating: “This has been a period of evolution and metamorphosis, much of which remains unseen by the industry or our users.” He stressed that this is not a superficial alteration, declaring: “The entire organization has been engaged in, and to some extent still is undergoing, a comprehensive transformation for approximately a year now.”

Casumo’s recently designated Chief Marketing Officer, Nikola Jellačić, remarked: “This transformation injects revitalized vigor into the organization. I wouldn’t label it a revival, but rather a return to our fundamental principles.”
